I stayed With TLA/TDY housing for three months. I reserved with them before I left the states and from Day one Nico was extremely helpful and super nice. He and his team make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Their accommodations are top notch! And the vehicles they provide are perfect for transitioning to Europe. This is my second time in Germany and I would not recommend anyone else! Superior customer service and accommodations!

Our 3 bedroom 2bath TLA stay was beautiful and awesome experience! We felt at home from the 1st day! We were able to complete all the paperwork electronically to reserve the TLA weeks prior to our arrival. The house was comfortable and came with everything we needed from cooking utensils, to washer, dryer, cleaning services and even a CAR! All we needed were our clothes. Mr Nico and Ms Sarah made our transition a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!!!

We landed on Ramstein AFB at 11am in a snow storm, jumped in a taxi and were in our temporary lodging within the hour! The house was immaculate, we had constant communication with Nico and his team and enjoyed every bit of our 10 weeks in TLA! The house comes with a car, had wifi, smart TV’s in every room and a cleaning crew that came every Friday. We have over 30 years experience with PCSing and this was by far the easiest transition we’ve ever had! Highly recommend!!!

I had the best experience renting from TLA/TDY Housing by Immo Team. I stayed my whole TDY in a beautiful house in Mackenbach- Germany. The house is perfectly located, close to Ramstein AFB. About a five minute walk from the house was a small German bakery where bread and pastries were made early in the morning, the bakery is amazing and I still miss it to this day. And to make it even better, there was movie theater close by and it had the movies in English! Nico, my landlord was very responsive in helping me with anything I needed. He was very friendly and proactive in helping me and made sure my stay was pleasant. I highly recommend and would rent from here again.

Nico and the TLA has been great. He has made our transition to Germany so smooth. He was quick to respond to our questions about the TLA when we were getting ready to move over to Europe. The TLA is gorgeous, clean and well equipped. Nico has been so easy to work with and helpful.
