Been A customer for 17 years. Same phone number same Ocala Verizon. Always loyal. I come in at 7:05 and told I can't get an appointment as there are 8 people ahead of me. There were only 8 people in the store including staff. I stayed until closing hoping to get help. Mario the "manager" refused to put my name in waiting. He refused to allow workers not doing anything but stocking the shelves to answer a simple price question and came over and whispered in her ear loudly that I am not to be sold a phone. He wouldn't even help reset my Verizon as he was monitoring the other 2 customers and employees. When in reality I just watched him speak with his buddy for 45 minutes in the corner of the store. I literally could have been out in 5 minutes paying cash. He wouldn't even allow me to buy an accessory for my smashed phone. I wanted to spend almost 2 grand and he told me to go to the Verizon retailer up the street. I've never even considered leaving Verizon until now 12/062024 at 7:15 to 8. I hope a real manager looks at your lazy employee who tried to give away a 2000 dollar sail to A retail store

Went in to upgrade my phones. Mary Kate was very helpful, kind, and honest in assisting me. I appreciated her patience with me while we sorted everything out. I know how tricky these things can be, but she was very pleasant and understanding through the whole process. Much appreciated ?

I got to the store at 7pm. They don't close until 8pm. The manager Mario said he could not help me because it was too late and they had people in front of me. I ended up staying to see if I could get help from anyone. However even when most of the customers left and all I wanted is to buy a new phone and watch.S24 Ultra and ultra watch. The manager knowing this still sent us away. I am about to switch my service and I have been a loyal customer for 20+ years. Whatever you do if you want good service, don't go to the Verizon store on 200 next to Chick-fil-A. Especially when Mario is working. Other employees wanted to help me, but Mario would not let them. If I was his boss, I would have fired him and not thought twice.

I called the store before driving an hour to verify they could assist me with an online promotion that I completed. A gentleman answered the phone and said yes come right in we can help you. We drove an hour only to speak to a woman who said they cannot help us at all.
If they cannot tell you what services they do and do not offer when you call them to ask why in the world would you trust them and sign a contract?
Just like the call centers, no one has the right information. After 15 years, we are choosing a new carrier.

The ladies who helped us are amazing. But, because of our service was so messed up to having an extra line and extra charges we have been back to the store three times in person. They fixed it all but, 2 weeks after having service and our bill due on December 2, my account was deducted on November 26. I don’t understand. So I will be making another visit up there. I wish I wouldn’t have ever traded my service with spectrum for verizon. Very bad decision. I dont recommend this company to anyone.

I didn't have a long wait. I was starting service with Verizon. A sales associate was almost immediately available. I did see others waiting, but I am not certain what they were there to do.
