Terrible service. Thank you for no greeting me and able not asking discovery questions to build customers sales. Huge opportunity for sales. Two employees working not even one attempt to see what I need it. They gladly greeting me have a wonderful day. Lack of service I will never shop again this location? after I am leaving you mentioned have a great day!

There's no organization to the inventory, with random sizes in every rack. I wanted to do an exchange of an item that did not fit, the clerk told me their policy required an original receipt. I had to read the policy to her, showing that an exchange could be done without the receipt. She had to call the manager who was off site, who then told her the policy said she could do an exchange. The same policy that I read to her where it was posted. I would stop coming here if they weren't the only store in the area that carries the item I need.

In December I took my daughter for socks. She bought 2 packs of the same socks. It came to around 17 bucks after taxes. I signed up for an email so I could get a few bucks off. Well we live over an hour away and my daughter didn't like the socks.. the first week of January we decided to return the socks. If course 1 was opened to try on. Unreturnable. Ok whatever. I'll keep or donate the socks. The second pair I did receive a refund but the cashier told me I couldn't get my taxes back on the purchase due to it being tax free week! I told her I bought them when it wasn't tax free week. She said if I wanted my tax back to come back because she can't do it because of the computer. my return window is only so long. It might be petty to write this review for a few cents but imagine if they are doing this to every return they get. That will add up quickly. It's the principle. I will never shop at this store again. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Also the cashier seemed like she was the most miserable person.

On vacation and needed more panties , I didn’t pack as many as I thought, anyway, found this store and came across a sale they were having and bought two packs of 6 cotton underwear for less than $20 nice and comfy

The stock is reasonable and the staff is amicable and ready to help. But they seemed less knowledgeable in terms of fitting. They could not spot key problems in fitting like riding back. Even when I pointed to it and insisted it to be a poor fit, they just tried push sale the product. I believe even though their demeanor was pleasant but lack in skills can cause unsatisfied customer like me.

I went to this store after being told, by their online customer service representative, that i could exchange an item that did not fit. When i walked in thr store i clearly stated i needed to exchange items that did not fit for the correct size. After finding several that fit i took my items to exchange at the register. The sale clerk took the items to exchange, along with the receipts in to the back room. As she left she said it would take a few minutes. About 10 minutes later she returned and gave me the paperwork and stated she had processed the return. I was then told it would take 3 to 5 days to process the credit to my card. No one ever said i couldn't do an even exchange....needless to say i was a little upset. This was not what i was told by the customer service rep or clerk. I will wait for my credit to process but will not shop this store again. The clerks were not very helpful in finding what i needed and this is the second time i have had this experience in this store.

Very lazy and they do not know whatthey are doing. My wife went in there to get sized for a bra I gave her the wrong size and cup. We had to go to Lane Bryant which they gave her one cup size larger than 4 inches bigger on the side she now has perfect bras and it's extremely happy I would not recommend this place to anybody at least not this location. If I could give 0 Stars I would
