Our custom boxes arrived very fast and look great. We placed the rush order Monday, they made a sample and sent us pictures within a few hours, and sent it out same day. They just arrived Wednesday. Great experience. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I love this company. They go to extra levels to make sure that you are satisfied. One of the designers actually modified my box so that the printing would come out in a much sharper contrast. Delivery is prompt, the colors are beautiful, and the box is sturdy. If I could give them six stars I would. Well done. I’ve also been using them now for close to five years.

I purchased boxes from BrandInColor but never received them. When I reached out to BrandInColor in regard to the issue, they had told me that it showed on their end that my boxes had been delivered by the carrier yet they could not provide me a tracking number to confirm this. I spoke to two different people from BrandInColor and Heidi was not helpful at all, she was very condescending and unwilling to help me. They did not offer any solutions like sending new boxes, or crediting me for the undelivered purchase, it was more so just "tough luck". I do not recommend purchasing from BrandInColor, it is a scam, all they do is take your money.

BrandINcolor was so so helpful while I was designing my boxes. Their customer service was absurd, they responded immediately to every email I sent, they caught mistakes and inconsistencies I did not realize I had made and they even offered to personally drop the boxes off at my house after my mistakes was going to push the delivery date by one day. This group went above and beyond in every way possible and I could not recommend them more!!!

Incredible customer service, I never expected such quick reply’s to my emails (and on a weekend) plus very easy to use design section. Great prices for custom printed boxes, I’ve ordered custom boxes from other companies but after this experience I think I found my box place! Thanks again Heidi for all of your help!

The boxes stink to high heaven.
Hoping the smell goes always.
BUT......... we love the boxes!!!!!
We had them made as “welcome & thank you for coming to our wedding” boxes!
