I called this morning, July 16, 2024 and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. I was trying to buy some mastectomy bras with my own money (without my medical insurance) and I asked for Mrs. Ramirez. The lady responded me: "She's out for today". When is she coming back? "I don't know," she responded to me. Can I go and buy some mastectomy bras? She told me: "You need to schedule an appointment." When can you give me an appointment? She said: "I don't know." Well, when is your next opening? She said: "I don't know." This kind of person does not deserved to have a business for ladies that past a mastectomy procedure. We expect kindness and respect. Very upset with the rude treatment from the person who answered the phone.
This business is not well recommended.

l am a breast cancer survivor and a veteran. I had a double mastectomy.
I was a First time (this happened on the first visit) and now a Last time customer for a couple reasons: received order (bras) without tags/labels (brand, etc) of any kind normally attached to a new product. Therefore, I am not sure if the bras are new or off a mannequin or from a display. Even Target clearance bra(s) have a tag.

The main reason I am reviewing their shop is because I received a card/ bookmark that shows/explains how to perform breast(s) self-examination. I do NOT have breasts. I do have depression because of my loss and their insensitivity and lack of knowledge of the customer (me) was highly inappropriate and very hurtful. When I saw the card/bookmark I cried.
(Note: I did not check the bag until I returned home later in the evening.)
So Ladies, beware!
The store management and employees should know who their customers are and what brochures and other paraphernalia they pass on.
I pray they don't treat their other customers as I was treated.

One day, I fell in front of store and 3 women opened the door and just stood looking down at me. Not one offered to help me nor offered to try to get me up. I had a mastectomy and these people dealing with cancer patients didn't have the sense to help.

I have been to several other places to have a therapeutic leg wrap done for me. But Jennifer here at lingerie line went above and beyond, for my leg wrap, that was made to my specific needs. Thank you Jennifer
