Bella was wonderful in helping me select the right size bra and now I’m not embarrassed and the girls look wonderful in pictures. They offer many bras to choose from other countries that are not available in department stores or online. Perfect fitting and in every bra I wore a different size. I went with two of my friends, we had mixed opinions. A lot of the options I was handed fit poorly and were very itchy. I get that lace can sometimes be uncomfortable but as someone who has been sewing and working with fabrics their entire life i feel that the quality of the lace ought to have been better for the price of the items. I ended up buying two things (spent over $200 and was asked to tip) just to avoid the consultation/fitting charge. One of my friends had a very similar experience with the consultant encouraging her to try on items that were too small over and over. We both tried to explain in different ways that the pieces we were being give to try on were uncomfortable, and were told that these pieces actually got well and this was normal. Our other friend seemed to have a great time, and bought several pieces she was very pleased with. But the thing that really stood out to me was when I discovered we could try on the sticky bras that are super popular right now, so I requested to try one. The attendant handed me one side of the bra and apologized that it "had a tire mark because it had just been run over by a wheel chair". I'm not sure why that would even have been a possibility (who leaves clothing merchandise on the floor?), and it was a pretty big turn off to me. I think if you were able to browse styles on your own from the front of house and request things in your size this might have been a better experience but overall I was just seriously underwhelmed and disappointed.

I was fitted by Natalie and she knocked it out of the park finding me a perfect new bra (and panty set)! She brought several bras in the styles I like for me to try, and helped me check the fits when I asked, but gave me privacy when I didn’t. I’ve never had a proper fitting bra, and she got it perfect right off the bat! I couldn’t be happier!

The shop also has a good selection of styles! I have a hard time finding cute alternative styles in general, let alone bras. I was excited to see so many alternative style bras in my size. They can be expensive, but it’s worth it!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Bella Bra Shop. I first became familiar with the store by way of Instagram Ads - I'm new to the Dallas area (moved from Ohio) and the ads started popping up in my feed. I was attracted by the idea of a wide, size-inclusive selection and the promise of personal service....and let me tell you - they DELIVERED on all of that and then some!

Natalie got me measured and started bringing me options - we didn't focus on the size, we focused on the fit and she patiently helped me find the right fit in every style that I loved. She was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the inventory and the wide selection of brands they carried, she was able to make recommendations based on what I liked and what fit me best - it was a really awesome experience. The store had multiple colorways in every style I selected and Natalie helped me place orders for additional colors - that has never been an option for me with other retailers!!

I came home with a new bra wardrobe that I'm thrilled about and feel great wearing - I'm even laundering my new bras in a whole new way because I love them so much and Natalie gave me great guidance on how best to care for them!

20/10, all the stars, can't wait to shop again - will probably go back to take a look at their swimwear options before the summer season ends!!

After a month of searching, being improperly fitted, and having extremely few options of the kind of bras I like, I desperately searched on Google for “Custom/Specialty bra shops in Dallas” and found this hidden gem!! Bella was extremely professional and found a perfect fit for me! I like to wear minimizer bras which most places only carry 1-2 different options. After describing to Bella that I like minimizers and what my perfect fit would be, she walks over with 10+ different bras for me to try!! My mind was blown!! She was so kind and professional and I learned so many new things about bras. 10/10 experience. I will never go anywhere else!!

Best bra shop! I can’t believe this little gem has been right around the corner for 2 years. As a 32J, I have never walked into a store and had so many options to try on. I am so picky too. I wanted something comfortable with no underwire, preferably nursing friendly. This store had the perfect bra for me and in stock in 2 colors. I am so happy I don’t have to play the game of ordering online and returning to find the perfect fit anymore. Lauren was so helpful! And so sweet with my kids!
