We added a vehicle to our insurance and asked for liability insurance, only come to find out that the insurance that was placed on the vehicle was storage insurance. We asked to have this fixed, and our insurance doubled. We then found out that they put full coverage on this vehicle instead of the liability insurance we asked for.

We switched insurance companies and had to pay over $500 in back fees, as Emily described it.

I am so angry right now. I have never had issues like this before and the fact that Emily nor Cathy will own up to their mistakes astounds me.

Never again will I go through them.

Cameron Moore is the best insurance agent I have ever had. Everytime I have a question on my my policy he is sure to answer my questions in a timely manner and in a way that I can fully understand.
