Bra shopping is and has always been frustrating and irritating.  When I used to find a bra it was not sexy or fun. So glad I found this place! All the bras are sexy, fun, and most of all the are incredibly comfortable and supportive.  The best part is shopping there. Soraya (owner) is so knowledgeable and she makes you so comfortable.  You enter a stranger and leave a friend and life long customer.
PS my husband noticed how great I looked in my bras... he even asked if I had lost weight because the bra made me look so good. WIN

This is always a wonderful experience! Soraya is amazing and so knowledgeable. I will only trust her to size, pick and deliver the most amazing lingerie I have ever had the pleasure to wear. She is friendly, honest and lovable to say the least. I will never go anywhere else!!Their products are amazing! And the staff and owners are the most kind, generous, and wonderful people. It is like being somewhere special every time I go. It’s an experience and I am always so excited to see what they have gotten in the store. Go check it out! I was totally hustled by the girl who sold me the bras. I told her I was a size 36 and I assumed that's what she gave me to try on. She didn't tell me the price for either bra, just that they were on sale and it was the last day of the sale. I bought 2 bras and after an hour of wearing one noticed the underwire cutting into my skin. It was very uncomfortable after a while so I tried on the other one with the same results. When I realized both bras were 2 sizes two small after I told her exactly what size I wear I was pretty upset, since I spent over $200 there. When I looked up their return policy I saw they don't allow returns on sale items. And their policy on returns for normal merchandise only lasts for 7 days.

My friend and I made an appointment at 10 am to find something for my wedding. No one ever showed up or called us back. Would recommend going elsewhere so you don’t wait an hour in the parking lot.

Update to my review: the owner reached out to us and said she had a family emergency. While that may very much be true (and I send all my condolences), I looked the owner up on Instagram while I was waiting for the store to open and she was shopping at a holiday market and posting her fun day.

Soraya and her team took time to explain to me how and why Marlies Dekkers' products where made. The time Soraya spent with me to customize my fitting to me was precisely on point. She was open, honest, trusting, and so friendly. My husband fell in LOVE with what I purchased! Thank you so much BraBar for such an amazing and fantastic experience!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from BraBar employee Soraya.

Quite simply I feel ripped off, overcharged, and then treated like an idiot when I questioned the charges.

I attended a bra party. At the party I purchased a bra underwater set. These are listed on the website (at full price) for $165.

I was charged $216.

Had I noticed the extra charge right away, I would certainly not have purchase or returned my merchandise. It’s nice but it’s not THAT nice.

When emailed to ask what the discrepancy was for, I was not given a clear answer but possibly the fee was a “rack fee”. $51 rack fee for one bra (and underwater that were not in stock and needed to be ordered?).

So - the take away - I wouldn’t shop here. They will take advantage of you.

I am leaving one star because zero is not an option. I was introduced to Brabar and a sales associate there named Soraya through one of my bridesmaids who is from Salt Lake. Soraya came to Denver to sell lingerie at my bridal shower and because of our mutual connection I assumed fair business practices and a trustworthy person. What a fool I was to assume this. The shower went great, almost everyone in attendance purchased an item including myself who personally spent nearly 2000 dollars on merchandise. During the shower, there were a few things that seemed sketchy and unprofessional. For example, her receipt system (which was essentially her jotting arbitrary prices down next to illegible item numbers) and a lack of transparency with venmo cash gifts she was receiving from guests on my behalf. These were small signs I noticed at the time but the matter wasn't dwelled on during the party.

It was after the shower when I started receiving complaints about how guests (including my own mother) had after nearly a month still had not received merchandise they ordered (still waiting on half the order for my mother and the bra she did finally receive was not the bra she ordered). It was also very terrible to be informed (by my bosses wife of all people) that guests were realizing they had purchased things at the shower for full price although the items were actually on sale online on the Bra Bar website. I looked at the Bra bar website only a few days after the shower and sure enough, this was the case. I also learned that the majority of the cash venmo gifts she received on my behalf were applied to the sale items (that I paid full price for- of course). I was given a nightie as a gift for the shower which she valued at the time as $180 however I discovered although it was a polite gesture, it was actually on clearance online on the Bra Bar website. Yet another misrepresentation on her end. When my bosses wife reached out to Soraya for understanding, the response she received was curt, condescending, and in my personal opinion, a lie. Soraya claimed the items had been ordered from Holland and still had not arrived (after a month?) however they're available standard US shipping in their online store (& on sale) and as for the additional money she was charged (Online the merchandise costs 165, my friend paid 216 - this is one of many examples) the extra charges outside of tax and merch per Soraya, was for her travel and the cost to ship "racks and other things that make a successful bridal party.".... If my memory serves me, there was 1 very small rack so i'm still uncertain what things she's referring to. If she needed travel, shipping, ANY EXPENSES AT ALL covered for the event, in my experience those are terms that are discussed upfront with the person hosting rather than charged to unexpecting guests at the party in odd amounts as she sees fit. Rather than make a professional request to me for travel or compensation for her incurred expenses, guests were charged without any idea. The occasion was truly soured by her presence, dishonesty, and blatant, clumsy attempts to make some extra cash off of the party guests. "Thirsty" is how i'd describe this woman's business acumen or lack thereof. She'd be better suited for pre-owned cars. Please trust that I could continue and go into my own unpleasant personal experience communicating with her after the event trying to get a receipt and final venmo gift amount but I believe my point has been made. I finally stopped responding to her rude replies realizing I wasn’t getting anywhere and unfortunately am having to accept that whatever she overcharged me and my friends will just have to be my cost of doing business. If you are so inclined, I implore you to please look at my review history. You will find this is the first non-five star review I have ever left. I believe people and businesses have bad days and until now I have never been a believer in poor reviews. This however is not a bad day, this is a void of ethics. If you are a customer here please check your receipts.
