I ordered a bikini via the website. I'm in San Diego as well so when there had been no movement on my order in a week, I called the store to see if I could just come and pick it up. The gal on the line checked on my order, and then came back to me saying, "I have good news and bad news. The good news is, we have your top in the store. The bad news is, the bottoms have been discontinued and we don't have them. So you can still come get the top, but we don't have the bottoms." I'm sorry, how is that good news? Half a bathing suit? I don't go to the nude beach so that's not going to work for me. Also, I spent a long time looking for a bikini I liked. She did not apologize to me or offer any other solution. Maybe apologies are a lost art these days, but you can definitely just say, "I understand that this is an inconvenience," and offer a discount or similar option. My order wasn't even available, and a week later, no one had checked on it. I won't be shopping here again. I don't need someone to get agitated on my behalf, but show some human understanding instead of being so blasé! It's infuriating. I have to wait four more days for a refund as well.

This place is the best! I heard about this place (formerly the enchantress) back in 2010 from a friend and have been coming here ever since! I have always had large cups with a small band that Victoria’s Secret, torrid, lane bryant, and Fredricks of hollywood could never handle! Always great customer service and have bras in store to try. They can always order them too!

Made an appointment and was waited on from time I walked in till time I left! Bought 5 bras, panties, 2 soaps for washing. 40 F and they had so many bras for me to try on!

Wonderful experience! After months of dealing with my old ill fitting bras, and back/shoulder pain, I went for a fitting and complete bra wardrobe overhaul. They absolutely delivered!

The ladies there were kind, knowledgeable and professional. They did a fitting measurement then we analyzed the fit on every bra I tried on and we worked together to find the best ones for me. I really felt listened to and taken care of. I ended up finding several bras that felt really comfortable and look great too. They have really good size and style ranges. This is definitely now my go-to place for bras, I only wish that I had come here sooner!

I do NOT recommend this retailer. They charged my account and I had to dispute it with my CC company which is still ongoing for product that was never received. Ordered on 2/8, USPS tracking showed only the pre-shipment scan. On 2/17 a status inquiry email was sent with no response. On 2/19 , I sent an email to cancel the order. Again zero response from the company. On 2/21 I finally got an email stating they were sorry I had received the product and would reship. I replied to again cancel the order. They have not refunded my money and per the bank they are still working the dispute. Based on my experience and some of these reviews , I would suggest spending your money where you will get the product you paid for and good customer service. I have documentation to support all of this.

Such a great little shop! They have a A good selection of bras and lingerie in just about any size and style, and can order items in pretty much any color or size. Nicola (the shop owner), Gabby, and the other ladies that work there provide excellent and personalized customer service.

What a fabulous store! What kind people running it! Some people come here for bras. Some people come for more complicated health reasons. I came for the second reason and was so pleased with how thoughtfully I was treated. Anyone giving this store a bad review has ulterior motives. These women are great women helping other women in times of need. I cannot recommend this store enough.

I went in yesterday very anxious about getting fitted for a new bra as the bras I’ve been wearing did not fit me very well at all and the wires were poking out. I have many scars on my back and gained some weight recently so I was very anxious about my body but the two girls who helped me were so sweet and reassuring when I mentioned I was self-conscious about it. I was fitted and and tried on 4 different styles but I have a large cup size with a smaller band so I struggle to find the perfect fit that doesn’t flood or squeeze too tight in some place or other. The whole time they were both very patient and helpful, giving me advice and finding and bringing me new styles based on my feedback after trying on the others. They did find the perfect bra for me and in the color I wanted so I was so happy with my experience! Will definitely be buying my bras from here now on!
