New Life in Christ Ministries, Women of Worth Department enjoyed a great afternoon at break out bras. They got a 6 out of 6 sale. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. No measuring tape was used they truly knew what they were doing. We will definitely be back. Great experience for all ages. Quiet as it's kept several of us walked out wearing our new bras. Felt lifted, controlled and beautiful

I went to Breakout Bras today to make a purchase. I walked in and no one was in the front initially. I waited and finally a lady came out from the left side. I told her I wanted to buy a new bra. She then said "we take our last fitting at 5". I looked at my watch, it was 5:04. I was baffled. I then said Can I try some bras on? I have an idea of the size I would need. She said this was the showroom and they had warehouses in multiple places. I'm still not sure what that had to do with me trying in a bra. She was not the least bit interested in helping me. It was evident she did not care. I said well I guess I will go elsewhere and we walked out. There was 1 car in the parking lot. I never saw or heard any customers in the store so its not like they were busy. She did not offer to schedule me at a later date or anything to secure the sale. She literally let a done deal walk out the door. I will never go back but I do feel as though this business practice should be discussed. As a businessowner I would never have an employee working for me that had zero ambition. Extremely disappointed in my experience.

I walked out of Breakout Bras today feeling like a new woman!

I had come here 3 years ago before starting college to get some well fitting bras before school, this was at their old location and it was a great experience, and those bras lasted me all the way up until this week (incredible quality!) Of course with getting older I’ve changed sizes so I expected my bra size to change, I did not expect such a noticeable difference in my comfort wearing a bra!

Nicole took one look at me in my old bra, and proceed to perfectly fit me in FIVE beautiful bras in a row!!! I had so many incredible options, plus we had so much fun! At one point I had 3 ladies in that dressing room hyping me up cause these bras fit me so well!!! You can tell they love their jobs because the energy in there is so high, we were laughing the whole time!

I left today with 2 bras (I walked out in one of them because I just felt so good!) I know I will be back to get the rest Nichole fit me in, I can not speak highly enough of this place!!

BEFORE you wear it (soak it in baking soda and gentle detergent then hang dry) repeat regularly
DO NOT machine wash
Wear for short periods of time until you get used to the new size

I can't rave enough about Breakout Bras. I went for the first time yesterday and was immediately greeted & led to a fitting room. My consultant was Didi & her manager Macey. They took their time with me, listened to my wants & needs and brought me whatever I asked for, while also recommending styles to suit what may look best for what I was looking for. I finally found the correct bra size for me and feel so amazing and confident because of it!!! The bras are great quality and every size comes in beautiful colors & prints. Didi & Macey were both so wonderful, kind, personable and informative. I already can't wait to go back. With those price points that don't break the bank, I will be back soon!

I have always had a good experience every time! I wanted to shout out the great costumer service and knowledge I’ve gotten from these amazing ladies. They’ve always made me feel happy and comfortable. I’ve worked with Nichole twice and she’s my girl! She is so sweet and such a hype girl. I love how she makes me feel when trying stuff on and recommending things that I wouldn’t have tried without her suggestion! Yes these items are pricey but the quality I’ve received has been so much better than anything I’ve ever gotten from VS or pink. I also feel like these items were made for me. The owner Melissa was so helpful as well! Melissa you got a great crew!! Thank you ladies!!

If you haven’t been to Breakout Bras before, be aware that you won’t be seeing all the merchandise like a typical intimate department at a retail store. The sales girls bring you what they want you to see. It was my first visit — a costly visit which wasn’t resolved in a way that reflects their 4.7 google review. So I’m giving you a heads up. When you arrive, you are greeted and escorted to a fitting room. I shared with Nicole that I was wanting to switch to a wireless bra after 40 years in an underwire. Nicole put me in an Evelyn & Bobbie, which was $98.00 ($86 w/first purchase discount). I definitely know this would not have been my choice because of the price, which conveniently isn’t on the tag. Nicole also put me in one size too large. When I questioned her, her response was that E&B bras roll up around the band and sometimes pucker under the arm. Nicole did not bring another size to try on or offer another style. My mistake — I trusted her since she told me the thousands of women she had helped in her 4 years there. A week later, I went back to the store to return the bra because it wasn’t performing the way Nicole indicated my experience should be. Nicole was also surprised with the performance of the E&B bra, one of their “best sellers”. I needed a size down. I was told that Breakout Bras was not able to exchange the bra that was sized incorrectly by Nicole. However, I could tighten the straps and wear it on the snuggest hooks. Really? That’s the best you can do? Buyer Beware — Breakout Bras does not own their mistakes or make things right with their customers.

Ladies! Take your self here and ask for Nicole. She pinpointed my bra size on the first try. When she says she is a professional, best believe she knows what she's doing. I have recently lost a lot of weight after gastric bypass and she was so kind and was able to find me the bra of my dreams.
