Elissa was truly so knowledgable and created such a safe and lovely environment to try on lingerie. Elissa brought out several options, was able to find items that fit me so quickly and could answer any and all questions I asked. I honestly could have not asked for a better experience; she was truly an absolute gem of an employee and person. I could not imagine going into this store without her there! She truly represents Jenette perfectly and what a light to experience!

I was passing by and would have made an appointment if I knew I was going to be in the area (since I have been meaning to visit). They were not only able to take me in as a walk in, they were very accommodating with my power wheelchair.
The store is very clean/organized and had all different kinds of bras in my size. They even had some bordelle pieces I was excited to take home with me. I will absolutely be returning! Thank you again!

Saw their sign as I was driving by and stopped in on the spur of the moment. Had a similar place where I'd purchased bras on the East Coast, but since moving here hadn't gotten new bras and they were 100% kaput.
Jenette's worked me in even without an appointment, took one look at me and fitted me perfectly with three day-to-day bras and two sports bras. It makes such a huge difference to have a properly supportive bra and they were great at what they did!
So glad to have a go-to place for bras.

It took me a while to post this review because I've fought myself on publishing it.

Also, as an edit, I'm not going to argue with the business owner about whether their employees are paid well or not. I have nothing to prove. What I can say is that I was told to order and purchase a two bras *very much not in my size* that I loved the design of by the person who worked there. I told them no.

I am well endowed, so I have to visit specialty stores like Jenette. When I visited, I said I wanted the following:

- A sports bra
- A day-to-day bra
- Lingerie

The person who fitted me seemed pretty unengaged, and would continuously try to sell me bras that were obviously way too small for me (I was spilling out and expressed that). They MUST get commission here.

I purchased around $800 worth of product. The sports bra was ill fitting, but I felt desperate. The day-to-day bra broke in the first two weeks I purchased it, and they put up a HUGE fight about fixing it (they wanted to charge me $25). The bra now has the wiring sticking out and I can no longer wear it. Absolute garbage quality. Lingerie is great!

I guess what I'm trying to say is, do not go here. The bras are I'll fitting, the staff seemed to make commission and sizes you incorrectly. Go to the place in Century City Mall! They rock!

I have followed this business for a while and never took the time to get fitted. So i did. Decor was nice close to fancy. I think if i had followed my gut with an appointment or brought another female. I would have felt better about making a purchase. Coming gym! Do make time for a fitting and start with appointment. Take a friend would needs fitting. they will love you for ever.

Faithful Beginnings

A bit overpriced but the service is worth it. I'm happy to spend more on great customer service in a genuine establishment.

The layout is modern chic while garment styles are more vintage, playful and feminine.

Garment quality is pretty average, but the sizes are perfect for those of us who care. As they say "the alphabet starts at D".

I was able to get a same day appointment at Janette after a sour experience at a trashy, dated store. Let me just tell you how wonderful the experience here at Jenette was!

The space is clean, welcoming and bright. The staff is professional, helpful, youthful and friendly! Our professional called ahead to get a sense of when I was looking for, and had a few things pulled and ready to try on when we arrived!

There was nothing about the store that could possibly make a new first-time customer uncomfortable. Thank you Jenette and team!

These guys go above and beyond with their customer service. I have been shopping with them for years. Before I found them, I'd hunt for bras at random stores that never seemed to have my size, and if they did... it was not sexy! Jeanette's dressed me before, during and after the birth of my son. They have so many beautiful options for people that don't fit the average mold.
