Never have I experienced this level of unprofessionalism. My mother and I have been shopping at lane Bryant for years and have always had a wonderful employee experience. Today however October 26th at 12:45 I took my 66 year old disabled mother for a birthday shopping spree with the intent of spending a hefty penny. We entered the Altamonte location to no greeting and no offer of assistance. Ok so they’re busy no problem, I was looking for something specific but didn’t want to interrupt the only employee on the floor as she had been chatting at the register with the same customer for ten minutes. my mom walks up to the counter to enter a giveaway and notices the customer next to her being urged by the employee to enter her name more than once. My mom politely asked if we were allowed to enter more than once so that she could do the same. The customer told her “you don’t know how to mind your business? Lady you need to stay in your lane I’m a semi I’ll run you right over” to which my mother said you’re right and walked away, the employee never answered her and just smirked. I happened to be still near the register when I heard this customer then go on to start talking trash about my mother to the employee who did nothing to stop her and instead agreed. A second employee then walks out this one wearing a bright pink t shirt and the customer proceeds to tell her this story as well all the while saying rude comments about my mother while I am standing right behind them. I understand if the customer has no manners but the employees not putting a stop to it and agreeing and laughing with her was truly upsetting. I wish I could say we will be back as we have probably spent thousands in this store over the years but needless to say we put down the couple hundred of merchandise we were planning on buying and walked out. Will never go in this store again I have never been so disgusted by that level of rudeness and unprofessionalism.

I spend money when I have fun in a store and the staff is willing to help me. I went to the location a few weeks back and was so bored and staff was boring and so unwilling to help. Today the staff u had there for
7-21-24 was fun and helpful and I actually had a good time. And I spent money.....I asked for their names. TAMARA - TEKEYA - STEPHANIE was awesome. My first business trip and I needed to get a new outfit and I would have left if I was bored or they were not willing to help. Since they were willing and laughed and had a good time I stayed. Store 4815 is the store I shop out only if I am having fun. If not I leave and won't be back for a while. Thank u ladies for ur help and the laughter today.

"Kia" and Tamara assisted me today with a bra fitting. Both ladies were helpful and sweet! "Kia" checked on me numerous time and really went above and beyond helping me find sizes. I had an enjoyable visit today for sure! Thank you "Kia" and Tamara.

if i could give no stars i would. Julie, the new manager of the location has been the worst manager ive ever seen at any establishment. she harasses her employees all day long, yelling and screaming at them when they didnt do anything wrong. Julie always has a rude attitude and look on her face, she never greets people, she never offers to help, she jus stands there and yells. I remember when Lane Bryant was the best place with the other manager Erica and all the employees then. This is outrageous how she is getting away with this and not getting introuble with lane bryant. If you shop here, dont even look at Julie. My experience with her has been horrible, she was rude to me saying that i need to wait my turn because she was busy in a nasty tone. And i have noticed with all my years of coming to this store, the employees wear lane bryant clothing, Julie does not. There was a guest bathroom as well at this location that she has decided to make her storage closet, that is unsanitary and also unprofessional. Do not do your business with her, instead do it with someone who has experience in customer service

The dresses which are coming out for spring this year are lovely! I order most of my items online and pick up from the store because I worry leaving packages at my door. Love walking through the new items and putting them on. Fell in love with one little dress but had to hold off from buying it for now but will keep an eye on it.

This store used to be great...Now...I am so discouraged to go. Julie, the new store manager has Absolutely No Customer service skills. She is rude, does nor seem to care about customers, does not make you feel welcome, is more than happy to tell you that the store is closing, has permanently made the customer bathroom "out of order", talks down to employees in front of customers and is not on the floor helping. The previous employees were friendly and cared about helping the customers....which is what makes the company. I remember when Lane Bryant was s place to make me feel comfortable shopping and now, I will travel over an hour to go to a different store or order online. She is not worthy of the company name behind her.

I was initially helped by a very nice and knowledgeable sales person. She subsequently became busy helping other customers. I had no problem looking for bras in other sizes to try without help. Another sales person told me I had to stay in the dressing room and ask for help instead of looking for myself. She was rude and condescending. I left and decided to buy my items somewhere else. Won’t be back.
