Needed a strapless bra desperately and being a larger lady I've had nothing but problems. I phoned and got a bra fitting appointment the same day. Came away with a proper strapless bra at a reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone and will be going back.

My daughter needed her first bra and apparently you have to make an appointment at a certain large department store to be measured. Took her to this shop and everything thing was taken care of and my daughter was very happy with the service,also with the item.
NOTE What I did not realise an appointment is necessary here also. I was just lucky with the time I called. Oh yes and the price was good also and a wide selection. Way better than a large store as not full of people. Oh yes good price.

Called this morning for an appointment and Maureen fitted me in, so glad she could! It was my very first time at a Sadie shop, but highly recommended.

Maureen was just lovely, great experience and I left happy with nice fitting underwear (a massive change cos I hate shopping especially for bras, and have historically only ever left a lingerie shop grumpy or unhappy): this time I was neither and will absolutely return.

I called the Sunderland store on Saturday morning and got an appointment that day. I've not been measured for over 11 years (I'm only 30 shameful I know) as it's not an experience I've generally enjoyed until now. The lady in the store was absolutely lovely, she made me feel at ease I bought 4 new bras nothing was too much hassle and I will never worry about bra shopping again so long as this lovely lady is doing to fittings. Thank you very much for you help I will absolutely be back!!

I was very nervous to get a bra fitting. How wrong I was. Maureen was wonderful. I was early to my appt and was done straight away. I feel like a new woman. I can't wait to go back and buy more. Lots of different colours and patterns. So happy. Definitely recommend the shop

Amazing. Took granddaughter as we had no clue what size she was. Found out I'd been buying 6 cup sizes too small !!!!!!!! Had a fitting and bought a lovely bra that actually gives her a good figure. Definitely going back. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic experience. Maureen is so knowledgeable and friendly, I came away feeling like a different person with a bra that fits like a glove. I would definitely recommend getting a fitting and bra from here.
